1. Data controller

The data controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), as this is not legally required.

2. Scope of this policy

This privacy policy applies to the mindbridge.nexus website. The website currently collects personal data at a single point: the contact form.

3. Data collected through the contact form

Submitting the contact form at the bottom of the site collects:

• name
• email address

The data submitted is forwarded to Mind Bridge Kft.'s own internal customer relationship system (Brand Navigator CRM) and — where consent is given — to the Brevo email platform, solely for the purpose of responding to the inquiry and any further communication.

Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) — consent given by voluntarily submitting the form.

The form is protected against spam with a hidden honeypot field and request rate limiting; this technical data is not stored and is only used to filter abuse.

4. Cookies and browser storage

mindbridge.nexus currently does not use analytics or marketing cookies (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel). The site only relies on strictly necessary, functional storage:

• the fact that the cookie notice was accepted, stored in the browser's localStorage (not on the server) — this prevents the banner from reappearing on every visit

Should analytics or marketing measurement be introduced in the future, it will only be loaded after the visitor's prior consent, as offered in the banner.

5. Technical log data

The server may process technical data — IP address, browser type — to serve requests and for security purposes (such as the rate limiting mentioned above). This data is not retained long-term or used for any other purpose.

Data submitted through the contact form is kept for the duration of the business relationship, or until a deletion request is received. Email addresses subscribed to the newsletter are kept until unsubscription.

• right to withdraw consent

9. Data security

Data is submitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and the server infrastructure is kept up to date with regular security updates.

10. Filing a complaint

You may file a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH): www.naih.hu, or with the data protection authority of your own EU member state.

11. Changes to this policy

The data controller reserves the right to amend this policy. Significant changes will be clearly announced on the website.
